True leadership is a gift not all people have, it must be formed with hard work and determination. not all people are capable of acquiring it. it take dedication and and willing to take the lead in any quest you seek. few are willing to take the lead to achieve it. some pretend to have, but only are in it for profit and personal gain, but fail at it very badly. you know who you are !
